Frequently asked questions
Can I keep my current number?
Yes. We bring it over, and your customers keep dialing the same number.
Do I need phones at the office?
No. The computer and the cell phone are enough. If you already have IP phones, they connect too.
And when nobody can answer?
The call follows your rules: a colleague, a group, your cell, then voicemail. The message arrives as text.
Are calls recorded?
Only if you choose so, number by number or extension by extension. Recordings are deleted on your schedule.
